Reporting to the Director of CPG Marketing, the Marketing Manager, CPG Innovation will play an integral role on the consumer marketing team and contribute to the ongoing growth trajectory of Peet’s CPG business. The Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility will be to bring new products to market that delight coffee lovers with a better coffee experience and drive incremental sales. Responsibilities include concept generation, consumer testing, commercialization, package development, launch and post launch evaluation. This person will work closely with the R&D, Insights, Category Management, Sales and Creative Services teams. This is a full-time, exempt level role.
