The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Sales, Away From Home. By leveraging relationships with existing specialty distributors, securing new accounts, and through collaboration with wholesale team members, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible to grow revenue and volume in the assigned territory each year. The region will cover mostly Mid to South West. We are looking for candidates living in Texas.
Revenue growth activities include: calling directly on end-user clients, developing relationships with operators and distributors, sales proposals and presentations, and through promotion of Peet’s and Mighty Leaf Tea at trade shows. Other activities include creating and executing relevant customer marketing and distributor programs which support growth strategies. The Regional Sales Manager works closely with Finance and Operations to deliver new business goals. Accounts can include: Business Offices, College & University Campuses, Healthcare Facilities, Foodservice Operators and Hospitality clients.
