Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing & Insights, the Marketing Manager, Innovation plays a critical role in launching new products that will modernize our offerings, attract new consumers and grow our brand equity. The Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility will be to bring new products to market that delight coffee lovers and drive incremental sales. They own concepting, development and execution of new packaged coffee and beverage platforms across channels with an initial focus on the Retail Coffeebar and Away-From-Home channels.
The Marketing Manager will partner closely with R&D, bringing forward consumer insights and ensuring innovation is delivering against key consumer needs, category growth opportunities and reinforces Peet’s quality standards. They will also collaborate with Operations & Training to ensure operational efficiency.
This is a full-time, exempt level role.
Peet’s Home Office is a Hybrid worksite, which requires any Home Office employees to work onsite 3 days a week with the exception of any fully-remote role.
