Peet’s is currently seeking passionate Assistant Store Managers. The Assistant Store Manager role serves as a developmental role towards becoming a Store Manager, achieving readiness within 12 months. (Promotional opportunities are contingent upon availability of roles and your flexibility around work location). In the role, Assistant Store Managers expand and deepen that unwavering commitment to mastery by ensuring unequaled quality and service. They focus on daily operations of the coffee bar including sales performance while ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Store Manager drives growth through ownership and authenticity while contributing to the development of our Baristas.
Reporting to the Director of National Accounts, Away from Home, the Sales Manager, Customer Development National Accounts will own building and managing National Partnerships for Peet’s Away from Home (AFH) Business. The role will be responsible for networking, prospecting, selling, and developing solidifying and growing national accounts partnerships. In addition, this role will build sales proposals to deliver strategic accounts that include return on investment analysis, programs and plans needed to deliver the new partnership win and to support partner growth.
This role is accountable for achieving sales and profit targets and enabling the achievement of overall Away from Home business goals and will work collaboratively with Away from Home Marketing, National Accounts, Finance and Operations to ensure new partnerships deliver on consumer, revenue and profit goals.

The Route Replenishment Planner is responsible for the planning and movement of finished goods from distribution or mixing centers to central warehouses and/or routes in order to satisfy demand while managing shelf life, inventory levels, and cost targets. The planner will be responsible for reviewing route plans, confirming inventory levels, and executing the deployment of inventory to individual routes.
The Inventory Planning Manager plays a strategic role, working closely with Finance to align targets with Sales, Marketing, and In-Stock Planning to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet customer demand. This role leverages industry best practices and supplier capabilities to enhance service rates. This includes setting inventory policies and targets, and mitigating risks to reduce total costs.
The Inventory Planner reports to the Inventory Planning Manager to support the business by developing and maintaining inventory policies and completing day-to-day tasks related to optimal inventory levels and customer demand. This role works with the Replenishment Planning team to determine appropriate inventory strategies for managed items. This role reports all recommendations, insights, and risks up to the Inventory Planning Manager for action.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Associater assists in the operation of automated packaging equipment and monitoring of overall quality of coffee bags. Responsibilities also include: accurately and efficiently packing, labeling, and palletizing bagged coffee for picking, assisting in the daily cleaning of equipment and surrounding area.

The District Leader’s core purpose is to build, lead and inspire a team to execute upon Peet’s service, quality and operational standards and to achieve all financial targets within the individual café locations throughout their district. They are responsible for setting clear expectations for execution and building and developing a high-performing team of Store Managers and Peetniks.
Reporting to the Green Coffee Processing Supervisor, the Green Coffee Handler works as part of the roasting and green team. Interacting with the roasters and green coffee procurement on an ongoing basis. The green coffee handler coordinates and stages green coffee for the roasting day, loading green coffee into the silo storage and maintains the cleanliness and organization of green coffee department.
