Peet’s is currently seeking passionate Baristas. Our Baristas possess an unwavering commitment to mastery by ensuring unequaled quality and service. They focus on engaging with our customers, delivering the Peet’s brand and keeping up the daily coffeebar functions.
Starting offer 15.00 to 17.00 per hour, plus cash and electronic tips (averaging $4.00 per hour) totaling an average hourly pay of $19+. Additional wage increases when certified as a Barista!

The Retail Associate is a store team member reporting to the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager and supporting Peet’s Mission by performing the Serve tenet of the Retail Operating Philosophy (ROP). The Retail Associate provides superior customer service by engaging with customers about products and promotions, cleaning and organizing the store so it reflects Peet’s brand, and promptly preparing and serving coffees, teas, and beverages of unequalled quality. The Retail Associate also accurately operates point-of-sales terminals, maintains reliability in attendance, and demonstrates team work and respect in accordance with Peet’s Values.

Reporting to SVP Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Finance Director of Supply Chain will play a critical leadership role in the strategic and financial planning of the end-to-end supply chain for the US market. The role serves as a strong business partner for Chief Supply Chain Officer and is a key member of the Supply Chain leadership team supporting the Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, Coffee Purchasing, Indirect Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Quality and R&D teams at Peet’s. This role partners closely with each area to provide strategic, operational, financial planning and support services via robust, relevant and insightful business analysis that enables effective decision making as well as opportunities in optimizing processes and enhancing supply chain resiliency. This is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with executive leaders and other key internal and external stakeholders. As a leader within the Finance team, this role works collaboratively across varied finance and accounting leadership roles covering corporate FP&A, consumer and retail divisions and accounting operations. The role is responsible for leading and inspiring a team of finance managers and for actively promoting the mission, vision and values of the organization.

TheDistribution Warehouse Associate II isan Operations position responsible for reviewing the activities associated with day-to-day warehouse operations on the Shipping Team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, product receiving, product shipping and product replenishment, ensuring safety and security of the warehouse and providing management and direction to warehouse staff as needed The Warehouse II associate acts as a support role for the lead and the supervisor of the department, setting an example and assisting in training that supports a change on systems or operations in the Roasting Plant and Distribution Center. This position reports to the department supervisor.
