The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing all tasks related to the various sourcing processes and activities for their assigned categories in sourcing for ingredients, packaging, finished goods, supplies, services, capital, and non-capital items/projects. The Manager negotiates contracts with suppliers and assists with selling strategic sourcing services across the organization to meet cost savings targets.
This position reports to and assists the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to ensure the department’s goals and objectives that drive cost saving initiatives, increase sales, reduce working capital, and increasing service levels are achieved.

The Sr. Manager, Core Platforms manages the system delivery and operational aspects of the the Peet’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Enterprise Platform . This scope of the role includes development and support of capabilities across all aspects of D365 F&O. These functions include finance, procurement, inventory management, B2B Commerce and warehouse management operations. The Peet’s D365 environment also includes warehouse management configuration support across Peet’s internal facilities and 3PL partners. Our technology teams are comprised of internal resources, external independent consultants and vendor partners. Our technology teams teams are located in our corporate home office, plant & warehouse and off-shore.
