Reporting to the sr. manager of benefits and wellness, the sr. benefits analyst oversees systems and processes and is responsible for daily operations of Peet's employee benefit plans. In this position they will also be responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating Peet’s benefit programs, with an emphasis on administration, employee services, compliance and systems operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Warehouse Management System Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Planning ERP and WMS system and processes to optimize and support Distribution and Logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the warehouse management system (WMS) that supports our distribution center operations. This includes analyzing the performance of the system, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.
This individual will partner with key stakeholders in Peet’s Distribution and Logistics to support existing business processes and systems to drive day to day operations. They will also partner with key stakeholders to implement business processes and systems capabilities that support a more efficient and scalable organization. The candidate may be involved in multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that WMS solutions are delivered on time and produce targeted results.
This position will be based 3 days per week at our distribution center in Tracy, CA (1150 E. Arbor Avenue suite 101 Tracy CA 95304).

You will partner with the headquarters IT team in the network and security design and deployment. You will be the on-site technical resource that supports and solves IT problems.
